About cancellation fee

Major changes or cancellations of the reservation itself will be accepted up to 3 days before the date of use.
Subsequent changes or cancellations will incur a cancellation fee.
It also applies to cancellations due to infection prevention measures and cancellations in the event of a disaster or bad weather. The charge is as follows.
2 days before the reservation date: 30% of the applied amount
The day before the reservation date: 50% of the applied amount
On the day of the reservation date: 100% of the applied amount
* If the cancellation policy is described in the plan, the cancellation policy in the plan has priority

1 month to 8 days before the reservation date ... 10% of the applied amount
7 to 4 days before the reservation date: 30% of the applied amount
3 to 2 days before the reservation date ... 50% of the applied amount
From the day before the reservation date to the day ... 100% of the applied amount
