Wow, I've given it my all again this year! 💪
Last year, we ran out of stock halfway through, so this year we prepared more, but the couscous and cheesecake we prepared...
Almost completely sold out!!
I really did my best! 😭

But I feel less tired than last year...
Actually, this time we splurged about 1,000 yen per person on accommodation and took advantage of an early bird discount, booking in March, so we got a room with a large public bath and an open-air bath! ♨️
I feel so refreshed and completely relaxed! 😮
I'm usually quite stingy, but I think a little luxury like this is okay, right?🎵
(Of course, I wake up at 5 am and leave before 6 am, so it's just a place to sleep, haha)

[Fuji Speedway - French Fair - Booth Open!]

This is Eriko, the broadcast manager, and I'm happy it's the last day of the 5-day holiday! 🥰

This time, we had a typhoon and my son caught the flu.
I almost got it too, but I managed to hold on... (lol)
It was a Silver Week with a lot going on 😅

And on the weekend, it's becoming an annual tradition
We will be setting up a booth at Fuji Speedway in Shizuoka Prefecture 🏎️

It will be held from September 25th (Fri) to 27th (Sun).
The "French Fair," which will be held concurrently with the "2026 FIA World Endurance Championship Fuji 6 Hours Endurance Race,"
I was invited to participate again this year! ✨

The exterior of Sasae has changed dramatically, with windows added and a large outdoor sign installed, but the biggest point of interest this time is undoubtedly how you can enjoy dinner there! 💫

I've narrowed down my recommendations to three key changes.

Ordering only set courses is now possible; you can now order individual items. 👌
"It's easy to pop in for lunch, but it's not so easy to just drop in for dinner..."
Based on your feedback, we've made it possible to meet your requests!

2️⃣ Walk-ins welcome (no reservation required)
With the introduction of à la carte,
You can just drop in without a reservation 👌
Since seating is limited, we recommend calling ahead to check for availability before your visit. 🖕

3️⃣ The evolution of the chef's choice course
The menu has been updated with a new configuration that includes a luxurious "assortment of sashimi" in addition to the popular "hassun" appetizer ✨

This is Eriko, the person in charge of streaming, and I'm surprised myself that it's been a month since my last stream! 💦

One reason is that I've been busy with the kids' summer vacation, but the biggest news is the revolution that happened at my company (Sasae) 💫
We're thrilled to announce that we have a new member, Kengo Hoshi! 😆

Kengo is in Mizonokuchi,
At a certain famous izakaya that we love, known for its delicious sashimi
He served as head chef for about 10 years, and he's such a skilled chef that even other chefs respect him 💫

Following our head chefs with backgrounds in French, Teppanyaki, and Chinese cuisine, we've finally welcomed a top-tier chef who can even handle sashimi! ✨
It's exactly like "Chef Kataoka has got Kengo..." (lol) 😁

With this powerful ally joining us,
We are now able to offer the finest sashimi.
